KNUTSFORD based Crawford Healthcare has acquired HiMedica Ltd for an undisclosed sum.
Crawford Healthcare, in Adams Hill, supplies woundcare and dermatology products, and with the acquisition of HiMedica can now expand its product range and attract new customers.
The firm has experienced rapid growth in recent years, with more than 10 acquisitions since July 2009.
