Rob is thrilled to launch the Rosebud

FRYERS Garden Centre has undergone a transformation with the launch of the Rosebud Restaurant.

The restaurant will seat 140 visitors and is being led by new team head chef John Winter and restaurant manager Donna Clark.

Donna was originally seconded from Trentham Garden Centre to oversee the new plans.

The Manchester Road family business was bought out by the Blue Diamond Group in October 2011.

Rob Marshall, Fryers Garden Centre manager, said: “With John’s passion and flair for excellent food coupled with Donna’s enthusiasm to drive The Rosebud Restaurant forward, I am thrilled we can reap the rewards of their expertise and enhance the experience we offer.”
