Legh Arms reopens but hunt for landlord continues
A POPULAR Knutsford pub has reopened but is still on the hunt for a new landlord.
As reported in the Guardian, Legh Arms, on the corner of Brook Street and Legh Road, had to shut suddenly when former landlord Richard Evenden filed for administration.
A spokesman for Marston’s brewery said: "The Legh Arms is open again but currently has a temporary team at its helm.
"However, we’ve had a great deal of interest from people looking to take on the site in a permanent capacity and we are still considering applications from quality pub operators who have a strong experience in food led pubs."
