TICKETS for Knutsford Little Theatre’s (KLT) annual panto are on sale.
The January performance is written by KLT regular Chris Marriott who appeared as the dame in Red Riding Hood as well as the evil Mr Manningham in Gaslight last season.
The show, Billy Bun and the Four Wishes, has its roots in the writings of George McDonald who entertained Victorian audiences with his fairy tales of princesses and goblins.
KLT previously performed Chris’s Once upon a Dream way almost 20 years ago in 1984 and the year before that, Sing a Song of Sixpence.
Chris said the main attraction of writing pantomimes for him is the fantasy element that he is able to explore.
The show will run at Knutsford Little Theatre in Queen Street at 7pm from January 17 to 19 and 24 to 26 with matinees on Saturday, January 19 and 26 at 2pm and on Sunday, January 20, at 11.30am and 3.30pm.
Tickets are priced at £7 and can be reserved by calling 01565 633000.
