The Dublin City Rounders made an instant impression on The Voice when they auditioned for coaches Boy George, will.i.am, Paloma Faith and Ricky Wilson.
Brothers Ronan and Alex Healy grew up in Australia and then moved to Ireland.
Their rendition of Taylor Swiftβs Blank Space mixed just about every musical genre apart from opera. There was a bit of rap, a smattering of country, a dollop of pop, a pinch of rock β throw in their unusual pirate cum charity shop look and little wonder everyone was confused.
Unfortunately for the boys, they did not succeed in getting any coach to hit the buzzer for them. They had even included an old Stray Cats move of standing on the double bass, but to no avail.
Fans on Twitter were split, but at least the lads can boast they were not boring.
