KNUTSFORDIANS are being urged to ‘pack up their troubles’ and head down to Knutsford Library on Thursday November 13.
Wilmslow Green Room Theatre will be bringing their First World War-themed travelling production ‘A Patchwork of Memories’ to the Toft Road library.
Mike Drew, Knutsford Library manager, said: “This is a great opportunity for us to hear words come alive. In remembrance season and the centenary of the beginning of the First World War, this is a chance to enjoy and reflect on performances of well-known and not so well-known pieces of spoken word, poetry and music.
“Everyone is welcome.”
Doors will open at 7.30pm for the performance at 8pm.
Tickets, which are priced at £6 each, are available from the library. For more information or reserve tickets, call 01625 374873 or email knutsford.library@cheshireeast.gov.uk
