LEILA MAUREEN WHITTAKER The family of the late Leila Maureen Whittaker wish to say a sincere thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kindness and sympathy, messages, cards, floral tributes and donations for the British Heart Foundation received in her memory. Special thanks to all friends & neighbours, doctors and nurses on Ward 5 at Macclesfield District General Hospital; doctors and staff from Toft Road Surgery, all the district nurses from Cranford Lodge (Knutsford Community Hospital) and to Revd Jayne Shepherd for her comforting minstrations.
