BRIGID PATRICIA RAFFO Paul and family express their sincere thanks to relatives, friends, neighbours and the Parish of St. Vincent's for their overwhelming kindness and sympathy, messages and cards, floral tributes and donations received in memory of Pat. Special thanks to the Oncology team at Halton General Hospital, the East Cheshire Palliative Care Team, especially Dr. Leslie Allsopp, Dr. Hans at Toft Road Surgery and the wonderful District Nurses who have all shown such care and kindness to Pat and the family. Heartfelt thank you to Fr. John Joyce for all his support and to both Fr. John and Fr. Stephen Woolley for conducting such a beautiful Requiem Mass for Pat. Final thanks to John and the staff at J. A.Whiston Funeral Directors for all their care and professional guidance which has been a huge comfort to the family and to everyone who attended the Requiem Mass.
