PAUL WESTBURY Andrea and the family would like to say a big thank you to all relatives, friends and neighbours for the kind messages of sympathy and donations received in memory of Paul. Special thanks to the doctors and staff at Annandale Medical Centre, Ward 7, Macclesfield District General Hospital, the district nurses and the Macmillan nurses for all their care and attention. Mrs. Jackie Taylor for her comforting words throughout the service and to everyone who attended the funeral.
