LESLEY PARKER The family would like to thank most sincerely relatives, friends and neighbours for the many kind expressions of sympathy and donations received in memory of Lesley. Special thanks to Dr. N. Herd and the staff at Annandale Medical Centre, the doctors and nursing staff at Macclesfield District General Hospital and the district nurses for all their care and attention, Revd. Ian Blay for his comforting ministrations, John Whiston & Staff for the funeral arrangements and to everyone who attended the funeral.
