JON HOCKNULL Anne would like to thank you most sincerely for your kind thoughts, expressions of sympathy and donations received for the Multiple Sclerosis Society (Vale Royal Branch) in memory of Jon. Special thanks to the doctors and nursing staff at ICU Macclesfield District General Hospital for all their care and attention, Revd. Rob Cotton for his sincere ministrations and to everyone who attended the funeral.
