JANET ANN BACON "JAN" On 16th December 2017 peacefully at Macclesfield General Hospital. A recent resident at The Willows Nursing Home, Mobberley and formerly of Summers Way, Knutsford. Jan, aged 83 years, the dearly loved wife of the late John, loving mother and mother-in-law of Kevin & Lisa, grandma of Michael, Richard & Jack and much loved sister of Freda. Funeral service at Toft Parish Church on Thursday 4th January at 1.00pm followed by private cremation. Family flowers only please, donations if wished for Dementia UK.
