HOLMES Chapel Singers will be tickling the village pink on June 28.
They’re performing Pink Champagne, an adaptation of Johann Strauss’s Die Fledermaus, at Holmes Chapel Leisure Centre next Saturday at 7.30pm.
It’s the story of a champagne party hosted by Prince Orlovsky. To help get the audience in a suitable mood, the ticket price includes a glass of pink bubbly.
The show includes contributions from soloists and the choir.
The role of Rosalinda is taken by Laurie Ashworth, Adele by Rachel Little, Alfred by Christopher Steele and Philip Crookall conducts.
